I live in the desert and despite dual pane windows, still get some dust in my home. The Honeywell filter works great, but I do need to make sure I change both filters when needed. Honeywell was very prompt in sending my filter order.

These combo filter packs from Honeywell are very convenient because they contain all the filters I need to operate my HPA200 unit for a year. The pre-filters do a great job of trapping additional dust and pet dander. I highly recommend Honeywell HEPA filters!
