All OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products sold on our site are backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined by the manufacturer and may vary depending on the product.
In most cases, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. We recommend reviewing the warranty documentation included with your product packaging for complete details. This information typically outlines coverage periods, limitations, and instructions for filing a claim.
Warranty Claims We Handle Directly
While most warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, we provide support for select product categories to make the process easier for our customers.

Submit a Warranty ClaimHow Manufacturer Warranties Work
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the specified warranty period. If a product is found to be defective within that timeframe, the manufacturer may repair or replace the item at their discretion.

- Warranty Claims: Handled by the manufacturer for defective products after use or outside the return period

Can I return a defective product instead of filing a warranty claim?
If the item is within our return window, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. After that period, warranty claims must be handled through the manufacturer.
Portable Air Conditioner & Evaporative Air Cooler Warranty Info
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty is non-transferable (original purchaser only).
This warranty does not cover:
- Product purchased used / open box / refurbished or from unauthorized retailers.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Use not in accordance with the product's user manual (e.g., improper installation, maintenance, or operation).
- Acts beyond JMATEK's control (power surges, water damage, etc.).
- The product was not used in accordance with the user manual (including improper installation, maintenance, or environmental conditions).
- Serial number is altered/ removed.

Dehumidifiers Warranty Info
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year parts and labor, four (4) years on all parts of the sealed system, consisting of the compressor, evaporator, condenser and factory connected refrigerant tubing from the original purchase date. This warranty is non-transferable (original purchaser only).
This warranty does not cover:
- Product purchased used / open box / refurbished or from unauthorized retailers.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Use not in accordance with the product's user manual (e.g., improper installation, maintenance, or operation).
- Acts beyond JMATEK's control (power surges, water damage, etc.).
- The product was not used in accordance with the user manual (including improper installation, maintenance, or environmental conditions).
- Commercial use, rentals, or purchases from unauthorized sellers.
- Serial number is altered/ removed.
