All OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products sold on our site are backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined by the manufacturer and may vary depending on the product.

In most cases, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. We recommend reviewing the warranty documentation included with your product packaging for complete details. This information typically outlines coverage periods, limitations, and instructions for filing a claim.

Warranty Claims We Handle Directly

While most warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, we provide support for select product categories to make the process easier for our customers.

Light Bulbs 5 Year Limited Varies by bulb type (LED vs incandescent).
Outdoor Light Fixtures 5 Year Limited Weather-related wear and tear are not covered.
Outdoor Security Lights 5 Year Limited Weather-related wear and tear are not covered.
Safes - Fire & Security 5 Year Limited Does not apply to the finish or normal wear and tear.
Safes - Lock Boxes 1-3 Years Limited Does not apply to the finish or normal wear and tear.
Shredders 1 Year Limited Cutting blades may have extended coverage of 3 years.
Split AC Units 2 Years Limited Only covers products that are properly installed, maintained, and operated.
Vacuum Cleaners 2 Years Limited Only applies to products used for personal, and not commercial or rental service.
Water Coolers 1 Year Limited Excludes filters and consumable components.
