What's not covered in this claim?

Any product outside the warranty time period from the date you purchased the product or any product that has been misused or abused. The defined period of time may vary by product, please check your product manual for more information about your product's warranty.

How long does it take for claims to be processed?

Our customer service team will usually review your claim within 2 business days. We may also try to contact you by phone or email to gather more info about your product. Please provide accurate contact info and as much info about your product as possible to speed up the claim process.

What happens if my warranty claim is approved?

If your warranty claim is approved, our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. This may include:
