When it comes to filters, there is a fine line between too much that taxes the unit, and not enough to filter the air. I find these filters the perfect balance. Honeywell products are always designed well and this is no exception.

These thick filters are pricey but you don't have to change them as often as the thin ones. They are frequently not available in stores but ordering directly from Honeywell is the same price. They arrived in good condition and the last ones I bought from my local discount retailer was smashed so ordering online is the way to go. There are cheaper brands but Honeywell is by far the best quality.

Greatly relieved to be able to get this particular Honeywell furnace filter. No worry about an off-brand - will it fit our not? Will it last as long as our Honeywell? The only thing the Honeywell won't do is restore power in an electrical blackout.

I have gotten a new furnace about 7 yrs. ago. I was told to change the filter every 6 months. One for the furnace & once for ac. I could not believe the dust& gunk that this filter picked up. I will continue to only use Honeywell filters.
