Maximum Attenuation, Comfortable Fit
Honeywell Super Leight USA Single-Use Foam Earplugs offer optimal hearing protection by featuring a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 33. The pre-shaped, contoured foam is designed to fit almost any ear canal for comfortable all-day wear. A closed-cell outer layer prevents dirt from building up, while the bell shape will ensure maximum noise reduction and slip resistance. The Honeywell Super Leight USA Single-Use Foam Earplugs are available in a patented red, white and blue color design that pays tribute to the USA Shooting Team. This selection of earplugs includes 10 pairs.
Some shooting sports enthusiasts prefer earplugs to earmuffs. They're lighter, less cumbersome, disposable, and can provide better hearing protection than most earmuffs. In fact, these Super Leight Foam Earplugs offer the best hearing protection for shooting of any single-use earplugs (33 NRR).
STEP 1: ROLL
For roll-down foam earplugs, start rolling the foam gently to avoid creases. Then roll firmly to make the cylinder as small and stiff as possible. Move quickly to the next step so that the earplug doesn’t expand before insertion.
STEP 2: PULL
Reach over the head to pull OUTWARD on the outer ear. Have someone observe and give you feedback about which pull-direction is most effective in opening the ear canal for a better fit.
STEP 3: INSERT
Insert the earplug far enough so that it goes around the bend in the ear canal. This often feels sensitive (not painful), or may trigger a cough reflex. This is normal. Let go of the ear after the earplug is fully inserted.
