Product Reviews
These Honeywell 8Merv filters are better than the competitors 10 and 12Merv models. They are stronger and do not collapse like some other brands. You definitely get your money's worth with every Honeywell purchase.
Can always count on Honeywell for excellent customer service and great products
I haven't had any issues with these air filters.
These work well. No complaints.
My HVAC tech always says the AC and furnace look clean. Buying these online is a much better value than what the big box stores offer.
Product FAQs
A MERV 8 (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) rating is the industry standard for reliable residential filtration. These filters are designed to capture a high percentage of common household airborne particles and allergens, including:
- Household dust and lint
- Pollen and mold spores
- Dust mite debris
- Pet dander
Each individual filter is designed to provide effective filtration for up to 3 months. This 4 pack is intended to supply a typical household with one full year of air filtration. If you have pets or live in a particularly dusty environment, it is good practice to check the filter every 30 days and replace it sooner if it appears heavily loaded.
Yes. These filters are electrostatically charged. This means the fibers act like a magnet to pull in and trap smaller particles that might otherwise pass through a standard fiberglass filter. Additionally, they are constructed with a heavy-duty frame to prevent the filter from bending or collapsing under the pressure of the air handler.
