INSTALLATION KIT SHOULD HAVE BEEN BOUGHT LOCALLY. IT WAS MISSING THE STARTER COLLAR AND THE 6 FT OF FLEXIBLE DUCT ONLY MEASURED 5.5 FEET. WHEN I TRIED TO STRETCH IT TO FIT THE COIL SEPERATED IN THE CENTER AND COULDNT BE REPAIRED. WHICH THEN REQUIRED A TRIP TO THE LOCAL LOWES STORE WHERE I COULD PURCHASE ANOTHER PIECE OF FLEXIBLE DUCT. WHICH BUYING THE KIT SHOULD HAVE ELIMINATED.
