Speed settings stopped working

This fan worked great for quite awhile and then the speed modes stopped changing. It stays on Sleep and wont change off of it. Other than that it works well. Ive been searching for fixes online with no luck. So I guess Im stuck with just the lowest speed and nothing more.

I own 3 of these fans. They are the best fans I have ever had. I like the many power settings to choose from and the slim design doesn't take up too much space in your room. I highly recommend this fan to others. You won't be disappointed.

First one made clicking noise when oscillating, called and they shipped a new one with no problems. So far fan very quiet on lower settings, wide oscillating range. So far great fan and whisper quiet as promised. Will more than likely purchase more.

Great Features For The Price

I decided to join the ranks of tower fan owners and this one caught my eye. I really like the high end look of the black and chrome even if it is just plastic. Motor is really quiet when compared to others I have been around. Lots of features for the money. When not used, the remote even stores on the back under the control panel for a neat look not on top of the control panel sticking out likes others I have seen. The only negative is the remote has to be aimed almost directly at the front panel to register some times. Not a deal breaker since all buttons are also duplicated on the control panel.

Ive had them all. And Ive spent a fortune on fans trying to find something thats quiet and still cools a room. This is the only fan that lives up to its name. Its so quiet Ive walked across the room because I dont know if its on. I can even raise it up by two or three levels and its so quiet I can barely hear it. It cools the entire room and makes it so comfortable Im so glad I bought it. I tell everyone. This is the only fan Ill buy.

BEST TOWER FAN!

I have own several different brands of tower fans over the years and this one tops them all! I now own 2 and air movement in my apartment is great. The best is that I have the 8 levels of speed to choose from and even at top speed the fan is very quiet. My only disappointment is that there is no adjustment up or down on the vents to control the airflow. If that feature were added it would make this the perfect anywhere tower fan!!!
