This machine is the bees knees, I first purchased a single hose machine from some rinky dink manufacturer. The room stayed hot and humid. Got this machine and during high temps of 40celcius, the room stays at 21 while the rest of my rinky dink appartment maintains at 24. It's spectacular. Despite temps reaching absurdly high counts, this machine keeps you cool and dry.

This product definitely cools as intended. A bit noisy/rattle more than we had expected, but with these temps that is a minor issue. I had concerns about delivery and needed to phone customer service, I was so happy to speak to a human AND have my questions answered AND she was extremely polite, all of which are uncommon as of late. Please keep up the good work and human contact.
Has been excellent for us in the summer so far. I appreciate the overall look and display. It's not a clunky unit at all. May consider getting one for my daughter's new home.

A dual-hose system is significantly more efficient for demanding cooling needs. One hose draws fresh air in from the outside to cool the condenser, while the second hose expels warm air and moisture back outside. This prevents "negative air pressure". This is a common issue with single-hose units where cooled indoor air is accidentally sucked out of the room and replaced by warm air seeping in from other areas.
