This product definitely cools as intended. A bit noisy/rattle more than we had expected, but with these temps that is a minor issue. I had concerns about delivery and needed to phone customer service, I was so happy to speak to a human AND have my questions answered AND she was extremely polite, all of which are uncommon as of late. Please keep up the good work and human contact.
