Very glad I purchased this dehumidifier for our basement. Works quickly to lower the moisture and displays temp and relative humidity. Large container for water that fills up quickly, but has safety features to pause it until water is removed and tray is replaced. I really like using the timer and overall very easy to operate right out of the box.

How Dehumidifiers work
When the dehumidifier is switched ON, a fan pulls moisture laden air into it where it passes through dehumidifying coils. These coils condense and remove moisture from the air, which is then collected in the water tank. The dry air is then exhausted from the top vent of your dehumidifier into the room as dry, warm air.
