The superior filter design provides an unequaled level of protection against gases, odors, chemicals and VOCs. The media is constructed of the highest-grade activated carbon from bituminous coal and not the inferior coconut shell carbon other manufactures use. Alumina pellets have been impregnated with potassium permanganate that effectively removes VOCs from the air. The cylindrical shape of the CPZ filter allows for optimal contact between the air and the filtration media, while offering very low air restriction.
