This fireproof safe can protect valuables in a fire up to 30 minutes/1550°F. The bolt-down system is built directly into the bottom of the Honeywell Safe. The inclusion of a bolt down hardware kit will allow you to secure your safe to wood or cement surfaces, without any negative impact to the fire or water protection rating. The Honeywell 2901 Safe comes with 2 emergency override access keys and a removable/adjustable shelf. You'll also have the option to buy additional shelves. Got this as a gift for my partner for his birthday to keep important documents. It's a great size, fits wherever you'd want to keep a safe, and heavy enough to deter theft but not so heavy that you can't lift it. It's spacious on the inside for other personal valuables, and the lock mechanism seems very secure. All around great entry level safe for your personal home values and documents can rest easy knowing there's no fear of water damage or fire to things like SSN cards and birth certificates.
