After buying multiple doorbell switches at Home Depot, all of which were garbage, and one of which actually disintegrated when I sent 20 volts through it it was rated for only 16, I finally found a doorbell switch of reasonably, even high quality. The case is solid brass. The button itself is quality plastic. illumination is bright. Installation had no surprises. The item arrived in a few days.
