We installed 2 of these in our worship center. When the weather is constantly changing, we are able to adjust temperatures from a remote source. So far, these are good stats and easy to program as well.

C wire is required and is the power source. Without a C wire, The Honeywell Wi-Fi Touch Screen 7-Day Programmable Thermostat will not power up.
