The doorbell is OK. However the sticky tape provided for the doorbell failed to attach to the outside wall. Had to purchase Velcro kit secure bell to wall. There was no manual. Lacked instructions for chimes to work properly. Required call to Tech Support to get the bell to work properly. Now all is working as it should. Product is well designed except as noted.

We bought this because our old doorbell broke and the installation was very easy. There is no wiring with this doorbell. It has a battery in the push button that we may have to replace someday. The price was reasonable and we bought an extra push button because we have two doors that needed a doorbell. This was a good solution for us. I recommend it.
