STEP 1: ROLL
For roll-down foam earplugs, start rolling the foam gently to avoid creases. Then roll firmly to make the cylinder as small and stiff as possible. Move quickly to the next step so that the earplug doesn’t expand before insertion.
STEP 2: PULL
Reach over the head to pull OUTWARD on the outer ear. Have someone observe and give you feedback about which pull-direction is most effective in opening the ear canal for a better fit.
STEP 3: INSERT
Insert the earplug far enough so that it goes around the bend in the ear canal. This often feels sensitive (not painful), or may trigger a cough reflex. This is normal. Let go of the ear after the earplug is fully inserted.

Best Sleep Earplugs
My wife and I have tried MANY earplugs over the years. These are super soft and don't crush your ears. They are also great sound blockers.

Perfect for Motorcycle Riding
These earplugs are perfect when motorcycle riding. They block a lot of the wind noise. However, you can still hear traffic and emergency vehicles. They are extremely comfortable and pliable. I will only this brand and model.

Works well
My husband snores and I've tried other earplugs and they always hurt my ears. These are better - not 100% pain free but better than others I've tried so I think they'll work fine.

Nearly silent and golden
I live in a very noisy area... traffic, trains, rude people, leaf blowers, etc. I would get no sleep if it were not for these earplugs.

Eat plugs
These are the best earplugs that I have used. I have tried others but these are simply the best.

The real thing
Leight Sleepers are not in stores where I live, but they are worth the effort of online ordering. The foam is soft enough to be comfortable, but sturdy enough to block noise. Recommended!

Didnt help
These ear plugs are comfortable and reduce noise somewhat but they did not do the job for my husband's snoring. I will take them to music events that I suspect will be loud but I am still looking for something that will get me through the night!

Been using these for many years. Fit well and substantially reduce noise.

Ear Plugs
The yellow and pink Honeywell earplugs do a great job of blocking out noise, are easy to use, and are extremely comfortable, all due to their very soft, malleable, high quality foam.
Awesome product
I've warn these for multiple years for sleep from noisy shared rooms at college, thru apartment living next to construction projects, it's kept me sleeping deeply and definitely improved my life. I tried other brands but the comfort level and sound isolation of these have been unmatched.
