I called tech support to see which thermostat to order after buying 2 incompatibles at Home Depot. The tech was very helpful. The products worked great and were easily installable in 1/2 hour. I felt eAccess was one of the most professional buinesses I have dealt with on-line. They paid attention to the note I wrote on-line and called me for clarification. The tracking process was number 1 - Totally satisfied and happy at this point.
