Air Quality:
I own the larger Honeywell HPA-150, True HEPA Tower Allergen Remover and it has undoubtedly improved the air quality in my home. Food smells - gone room smells clean since air circulates carpet fuzzes in the air greatly decreased.
Health Improvement:
I suffer from serious sinus/asthma issues and it has DRAMATICALLY helped to alleviate allergies and other respiratory issues.

Miscellaneous/Unintended Benefits:
Please note the air flow can be a bit chilly. Simply turn the flow away from you.
The chilly air can be nice on a warn day/night.

I absolutely LOVE this product. After being diagnosed with pretty severe allergies to both dust mites and cats, I knew I had to make some changes. I arranged weekly allergy shots and in the meantime I completely overhauled my bedroom. It seemed clean, its a very small room, maybe 10 x 10 max.
First I stopped allowing my cats in the bedroom, much to their disappointment. Then I covered my mattress & pillow with allergen/dust mite covers. So granted, those were major changes. But the third thing I did was purchase this purifier.
I could not believe the difference. Such a huge improvement in fact, that I no longer need the allergy shots. Obviously the purifier was only one factor in that, but I feel its a big factor.
I run it 24/7 and keep my room closed. Havent noticed any real difference in my electric bill either. Its very quiet when on low, which is usually the setting I keep it on. Its not any louder than a fan on a low setting, maybe even quieter. It gets louder on higher settings of course, but I only use the higher settings after I clean or vacuum the room, for an extra boost.
It does blow the air out of the front of the unit, so if youre close to it, you can feel the air. No big deal to me, and since I know its CLEAN air, I quite like it. I sleep easily with it on low, its not bothersome at all.
I especially like the double filter feature. It has an outer thin carbon type filter that catches most of the big stuff, hair, major dust, larger particles, etc. Then the HEPA filter is behind that, which so far has stayed quite clean because of the carbon pre-filter. Honeywell may not recommend this, but I periodically vacuum the carbon filter from excess dust, so it lasts even longer. Both filters are labeled and easy to change.
Its just as pictured in the photos, its small, modern, discreet and doesnt get in the way. I plan to buy the larger version of the same thing which essentially just has two sets of filters instead of one set for my larger rooms.
The price was MORE than fair. I shopped around like crazy for a good purifier but could not afford a megabucks one. Im glad I didnt too, because this little purifier is perfect in every way. I truly notice a difference in the air quality, my sleep has improved and my allergies have virtually disappeared. I do still allow my dog in the room every night, so I know its still picking up hair and dander.
Cant recommend this highly enough. ZERO complaints. I would caution however, that this model is for a SMALL room.

I purchased this filter for an elderly friend who has allergies and breathing problems. Its compact size is just right for her small apartment, its design is simple and easy to understand, and best of all, she says she is finding it much easier to breathe and is sleeping much better. A great buy.
