Have had this unit for approx. a month and it works like a CHAMP! Within an hour of turning it on, I feel a huge difference in my 1800 sq. ft. house. The nice thing about this one as opposed to a Holmes unit I used to have is that, after you set the comfort level, it cycles on and off to maintain that humidity. This purchase was absolutely money well spent! And the transaction and shipping were seamless and fast. Very pleasant experience.
