Im posting this review after my experience with eAccess Solutions Customer service regarding Honeywell Fire Safe 2201. While it took a while to be contacted about my issues with the safe, a supervisor addressed the delay and contacted me about the problem. She was extremely understanding and attentive to my issues with the safe I received and worked with me through the entire process of returning the defective safe and the ordering of a replacement. I still went with a different model with a digital lock. But in the long run the customer service I received was very good and certainly fixed my opinion of Honeywell Store. I would do business with them again should the need arise. ~Tony

This safe is sturdy except when it comes to the combination, it feels loose and you can feel the tumblers moving when you pass the numbers, also the handle is not metal but plastic, Im pretty disappointed and the steps to open the combination is a ridiculous amount of turns past this number then past the other number sure it makes it hard for someone to get into it, but its even hard for me to get into it and Im looking at the combination, Id save yourself some frustration and get a keyed safe or go with a digital lock with key as backup.
