great product, easy istallation, very quiet

Weve had this generator for about six months but it just got its first test with hurricane Sandy. Were in New Jersey and havent had power for the past six days, and this generator has been running constantly over that period and has operated flawlessly. We have used everything from our heat, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, vacuum, crock pot, etc. sometimes several simultaneously, and the generator has never even hinted at being strained. And three of our neighbors have been plugged into our outside outlets the whole time as well. We havent run our central A/C on it yet, but given what weve thrown at it so far it seems like it will handle it without a problem. Great generator, and Id recommend it highly.

LOOKS AND SOUNDS NICE. HOWEVER, THE HOOD ARRIVED OFF-CENTER OUT OF THE BOX DIFFICULT TO LOCK. THE WARRANTY ELECTRICIAN REFUSED TO FIX IT.
