The Honeywell PCR201W atomic projection clock features indoor temperature, dual alarm and snooze. And this clock really will display the current time, since it receives radio signals from the U.S. Atomic Clock in Fort Collins, Colorado. Not only does this consistently adjust the clock to within one second of official U.S. government, but automatically adjusts the time for Daylight Savings Time as well. See the time and temperature alternately projected on the ceiling or wall. Sharpness and position can be adjusted easily by a 180 degree rotation, flip and focus control. The amber backlight makes for easy viewing of the large time display in the dark. The moon phase displays 8 different phases from new moon to waning crescent. The multilingual weekday displays in English, Spanish, and French. This product is backed by Honeywell and includes a 1 year warranty.

Just wish the projection would stay on all the time
Clock works fine, I wish the display was backlit or the projection would stay on all the time instead of just when the ambient light is low. It does the job though.
  Could be better
The projection portion is great, always you to rotate between 0 and 360 degrees, shows up bright and clear.

What I don't like is that the main display of the clock does not stay illuminated, it's annoying at night when you are laying facing the clock and you can't see the time without reaching to press the button. Also, like many other projection clocks, the clock runs off the batteries and not the AC adapter. Only the projector works of the AC adapter.
  Disappointment
2nd unit I've received, last one I returned last week due to faulty AC adapter. The replacement unit has the identical problem. Without the AC adapter the projector won't work properly. Poorly made and systemic problems that, unless you want to waste time returning, don't waste your money purchasing.
  Earlier than scheduled delivery
We were thrilled when the clock arrive in time for my father-in-law's birthday. Thanks so much!
  Works Great
Love the big red adjustable projector. Best one I have used so far. Only wish the backligh would stay on and not have to push a button to turn it on.

Q: WHERE IS THE US ATOMIC CLOCK LOCATED?
A: US Atomic clock is located at Fort Collins outside Boulder, Colorado, and is operated by the US Government.

Q: WILL MY ATOMIC TIME UNIT WORK IN ALASKA AND HAWAII?
A: If used in Alaska and Hawaii, the Atomic Time clocks will not receive the RF signal from the US Atomic Clock during the normal daylight hours. The 50kW radio signal transmitted at 60 kHz frequency covers the Continental United States (CONUS) and reaches parts of Alaska and Hawaii during the night-time hours. However, this clock can be set manually if the signal from Boulder, Colorado is not able to reach the locations that geographically are not in the US Atomic Clock Time Signal coverage area.

Q: HOW DO I ENABLE ATOMIC TIME SIGNAL RECEPTION MANUALLY?
A: 1. Press and hold UP and DOWN arrow buttons at the same time for 3 seconds and the atomic time radio reception icon located above the seconds will disappear. 2. Press and hold UP and DOWN arrow buttons at the same time for 3 seconds again enabling atomic time radio receiver. The radio reception icon will start flashing showing that the unit is searching for the atomic time signal.

Q: MY PCR201W DID NOT RECEIVE ATOMIC TIME SIGNAL DURING INITIAL SETUP. HOW THIS CAN BE FIXED?
A: Please, consider the following when atomic time is not set during the initial setup: • During night-time hours, atmospheric conditions improve radio signal reception. A single daily reception is sufficient enough to keep the clock accuracy within milliseconds. • Unit should be positioned 8 feet (2 meters) from interference sources such as a TV, computer, microwave, etc. • The signal reception is weakened within concrete walls found in basements or office buildings. Place the unit near the window for best reception. Once the atomic time signal is received, the date and time will be set automatically, and the atomic time reception icon will appear. Your unit’s atomic clock is programmed to search for the atomic time signal daily each hour between 1:00 am and 4:30 am. Once the time signal has been successfully received, the time and date will be updated automatically.

Q: HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE BACKLIGHT?
A: You can activate the backlight for a short time period by pressing LIGHT/SNOOZE button on the top.

Q: HOW LONG DOES THE BACKLIGHT STAY ON?
A: The backlight will stay on for 5-6 seconds if the LIGHT/SNOOZE button is pressed.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERIES LAST IN THE UNIT?
A: The average battery life in the device is 12 months.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE PROJECTION STAY ON?
A: Your product is able to project the time and indoor temperature image for a short period of time (5-6 seconds), or continuously (when the AC/DC adapter is connected) at the low light conditions.

Q: WHAT IS A LIGHT SENSOR FEATURE THAT MY PRODUCT HAS?
A: The PCR201W is equipped with the light sensor which detects the environmental light conditions. At the light conditions lower than 100 LUX, the LCD will light up automatically if AC adapter is connected.

Q: HOW CAN I REACH CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT?
A:
